Terms of Service
All Feichang Butler services are provided on a regional basis. Specific service content, duration, and fees may vary. We recommend confirming details and fees with your local office before booking a service. Additional fees or special requests (such as deep cleaning, specialized cleaning agents, etc.) may apply depending on your needs. The specific fees will be confirmed with you prior to the service.

Privacy Policy

force majeure
Due to unforeseen external factors (such as weather, natural disasters, public health events, etc.), we may not be able to provide services on time. In such cases, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and coordinate to reschedule the service time. Feichang Guanjia assumes no responsibility for service interruptions or delays caused by these force majeure factors.

Fees and Payment
All service fees are determined based on the complexity of the cleaning, the time required, and the frequency of service. You will receive a clear cost estimate before confirming your service.
