• If you would like your cleaner to bring their own equipment , we will have it all ready;

• If you prefer to use your own equipment , please let us know in advance and we will accommodate you.

• You can also combine them freely , for example, use your own vacuum cleaner and let the cleaner bring the rest of the supplies.

Either way, our cleaning standards and processes remain consistent, ensuring you a satisfactory cleaning result.

If the customer does not provide a toilet brush, the cleaner can prepare a new one for you at a cost of $5/piece .

For hygiene and safety reasons, the toilet brush will remain at the customer's home after use and will not be carried or used again.

Toilet brushes are a high-risk tool for cross-contamination . If carried between households, they could introduce bacteria, viruses, or other pathogens into customers' homes. To avoid any health risks, we adhere to the "one household, one use" principle to ensure a safe and hygienic cleaning process.

If you are uncomfortable or do not want to communicate directly with the cleaner , you can choose silent service. In this mode, you only need to fill in your requirements in advance when booking, or explain them clearly to the customer service, and we will compile your requirements into a list and give it to the cleaner.

During the entire service process, you can rest quietly, reduce or do not need to speak, and the cleaners will strictly follow the instructions to complete the work
